FAQ Booking Policy
Booking Policy: A $20 discount is given to students that prepay, including online registration. With this is the expectation that the student will attend the class that they sign up for. If a student fails to come to class they may register for a later class, but they will lose the $20 discount.* If more than two classes have been missed the without an acceptable excuse the tuition will be forfeited.
WHAT IF I HAVE A FAMILY EMERGENCY?
This is not a problem, I am more than willing to work with you on this. Contact me as soon as possible so that your seat can be back filled.
WHAT IF MY WORK SCHEDULE CHANGES?
Please try to give me at least a week notice. Calling the morning of class is not usually acceptable for work changes. Again, contact me and I can work with you.
I JUST DO NOT FEEL I AM READY, CAN I RESCHEDULE?
I have trained many people that had zero experience with handguns, and they did fine. This is a BIG target. However if you still feel the need to reschedule, you may do so more than a week before class with no problems. If it is less than 4 days from class you may lose your prepay discount if there is not time to back fill your seat in class.
WHAT IF I OVERSLEEP AND MISS THE BEGINNING OF CLASS?
The State of Texas mandates a 4-6 hour classroom portion. If you miss more than the first 15 minutes of class you will be required to attend the next class instead. This includes oversleeping, "couldn't find the class", something came up, etc. These reasons will forfeit your prepay discount. If you have cancelled previously you may also forfeit your tuition.
